1. Open Resale Permission

PURESTOF allows open resale, meaning any individual or business may purchase and resell PURESTOF products without needing a reseller agreement or authorization letter.

2. Marketplace Use

Resellers may freely list PURESTOF products on:

• Amazon
• Walmart
• eBay
• Etsy
• Shopify
• TikTok Shop
• Any other e-commerce platform

PURESTOF does not restrict the use of marketplaces.

3. Trademark & Branding

Resellers are allowed to:

• use the PURESTOF trademark in product titles/descriptions,
• display photos of PURESTOF products,
• state that the products are produced by PURESTOF.

Resellers may not:

• claim to be the exclusive or official PURESTOF distributor,
• modify the PURESTOF trademark or logo,
• remove the PURESTOF branding from products.

4. No Restrictions on Pricing

Resellers may set any retail price at their discretion.

5. No Conflict with Marketplace Rules

PURESTOF products must be listed in compliance with each marketplace’s rules, including those related to:

• non-official sports apparel,
• generic designs,
• authenticity claims.

6. Support for Resellers

STOF IMT LLC may provide:

• invoices for compliance checks,
• documentation on product origin,
• brand information for authenticity verification.

PURESTOF does not require exclusive relationships and does not block other sellers from reselling its products
