1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale, distribution, and resale of products offered under the brand PURESTOF, owned by STOF IMT LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By purchasing or reselling PURESTOF products, you agree to abide by these Terms.

2. Nature of Products

PURESTOF manufactures and distributes custom-designed sports apparel, including football/soccer jerseys inspired by the aesthetic of global football clubs.

PURESTOF products are:

  • original designs,
  • not official licensed merchandise,
  • not affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, Manchester United, or any other club, league, or athlete.

All designs are created independently and do not claim official team licensing.

3. Authorization to Purchase and Resell

STOF IMT LLC explicitly permits third-party sellers, retailers, and online merchants (“Resellers”) to:

  • purchase PURESTOF products,
  • resell them on any online or offline marketplace, including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, TikTok Shop, etc.

No exclusive distribution agreements are required.

Resellers are free to set their own prices, marketing strategies, and sales channels.

4. Prohibited Actions

Resellers may not:

  1. Market PURESTOF products as “official”, “authentic club merchandise”, or “licensed team apparel”.
  2. Use official team logos, copyrighted badges, or protected IP not owned by PURESTOF.
  3. Misrepresent the origin, quality, or nature of the products.
  4. Violate marketplace policies related to authenticity or intellectual property.

5. Branding Requirements

Resellers must ensure that:

  • Product listings clearly state “PURESTOF brand – custom-designed sportswear”.
  • There is no implication of official club authorization.
  • Images and descriptions reflect the actual PURESTOF product received from us.

6. Warranty & Returns

PURESTOF offers returns/exchanges only for manufacturing defects.
Resellers may establish their own return policies for their customers.

7. Limitation of Liability

STOF IMT LLC is not responsible for:

  • reseller customer disputes,
  • reseller pricing decisions,
  • marketplace enforcement actions resulting from misuse of official club names or logos.

8. Intellectual Property

All PURESTOF brand elements (logo, packaging, product names, descriptions, creative designs) belong to STOF IMT LLC.

PURESTOF designs inspired by club aesthetics remain original works and do not replicate official trademarks.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
